Payroll funded from the practice account, booked by location.

Treso doesn't run payroll; your provider does. Treso imports each run, flags what changed, funds it from your operating account when cash allows, and books labor cost by location and provider so the P&L is right the same day.

What Treso Payroll does

Import, compare, approve

Connect your provider and Treso imports schedules, employees and runs. Each new run is compared to the last: total gross, per-person pay, new or missing people, overtime, unmapped locations. Acknowledge the flags, then approve.

  • Built for Gusto, ADP and Paychex
  • Variance flags per run
  • Every line mapped to a location before approval

Funded when cash allows

Approved runs fund on the funding date by ACH from the operating account, or now. Treso checks cash available after already-approved payroll and warns ten days out when a shortfall is coming.

  • Funding lead days and a minimum cash buffer
  • Shortfall and approve-by reminders
  • Funded runs can't be voided

Labor analytics and provider true-ups

Labor cost by location and month, labor as a percent of collections, cost per completed visit, overtime, headcount and department mix. Approved provider comp statements push to payroll as a true-up once per provider and month.

  • Labor % of collections by location
  • Cost per completed visit

How it posts to the ledger

Funding posts payroll expense (gross), employer taxes and benefits, debited by location and provider, against operating cash on the paying entity. The run amount must equal gross plus employer taxes plus benefits, or it won't post.

Questions

Questions

Does Treso replace our payroll provider?

No. Your provider calculates and pays people; Treso imports the run, funds it and books it.

What if we don't fund payroll from Treso?

Imports still work: runs are booked as paid outside Treso, and labor analytics still reflect them.
