Terms of use
These terms cover the public website and the demo environment. Customer agreements, including the business associate agreement and partner bank terms, are entered into separately at onboarding.
Last updated October 7, 2026. Treso is pre-launch; this document covers the public website, the waitlist and the demo environment, and will be updated before customer launch.
Using the site and the demo
You may browse treso.com and use the demo for evaluation. The demo contains synthetic data only; don't enter real patient, employee or financial information into it. Don't attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the service, and don't use it to send messages to anyone outside your own evaluation.
Pre-launch status
Treso is pre-launch. Features described on this site are in development against sandbox partners and may change or be withdrawn before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer of banking, card, payment or credit services. Those services, when available, will be provided by Treso's regulated partners under their own agreements and subject to approval.
Not advice
Content on this site is general information about the product and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or compliance advice. Consult your own advisors.
Intellectual property
The Treso name, wordmark, site design and content are owned by Treso. Third-party names mentioned (practice management systems, accounting software, payroll providers, networks) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used to describe compatibility, not to imply endorsement.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and demo are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treso is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or demo.
