What shipped recently.

Short entries from the engineering specs' “as built” notes. Everything here runs in the demo against sandbox partners; launch availability follows the roadmap on the product page.

  1. Marketing site, and the apps move to /app/

    • Public site at treso.com with product, pricing, solutions, security and a waitlist that lands in the ops console.
    • The Practice, Patient and Ops apps now live under /app/; links in texts and emails were updated, and old #/… links redirect.
  2. front desk

Front desk: booking links, knowledge-grounded receptionist, patient tabs

    • Grow booking links preselect visit type and location and attribute the booking to the campaign.
    • The AI receptionist answers from the practice knowledge base before FAQs, and hands off with the thread.
    • Patient Book, Forms and Messages rebuilt on the v2 kit; waitlist and estimate deep links fetch by id.
  3. banking

Banking: payroll and bills in the forecast and calendar

    • The cash forecast reads approved payroll runs and scheduled bill payments (net of early-pay discounts) plus recurring bills.
    • Calendar items carry a category and open the bill or payroll run behind them.
  4. insights

Insights: payroll group in the P&L

    • Employer taxes and benefits count as payroll; P&L and matrix lines carry a revenue / payroll / other group.
    • New KPIs: labor cost and labor as a percent of net revenue.
  5. billing

    Billing: negotiated price overrides

    • Ops price overrides apply to invoices as a discount line with the reason; coupons, trial credit and tax work on the negotiated subtotal.
  6. Depth pass across every module (v2)

    • Every list is a server-backed table with search, filters, sort, paging, bulk actions and CSV export; every record has a drawer with details, activity and related tabs; forms validate with the same schema the server uses.
    • Spend: merchant directory, named policies, multi-step approvals, budgets with alerts, expense reports, splits, recurring-vendor detection, statement export (CSV / QBO).
    • Bills: approval chains by amount × location × category, payment runs with cash-aware scheduling and early-pay discounts, vendor portal, 1099-NEC and AP aging, three-way match exceptions.
    • Banking: positive-pay review, recurring transfers, named sweep rules, consolidated MSO view, statements, best/base/worst scenarios.
    • Accounting: manual journal entries with approval and reversals, recurring journals, close templates and lock history, close package export, consolidation with intercompany eliminations, account reconciliations, CPA bulk actions.
    • Revenue: versioned payer fee schedules, split deposits, remit re-posting, no-response follow-ups, appeal letters from templates, payer scorecards and denial analytics.
    • Patients (Treso Pay): accounts with guarantors and family, statement cycles and dunning, campaigns, same-day voids, collections workqueue, terminals, estimates, analytics.
    • Capital: advance, line, term and equipment products; application wizard; health alerts; ops review queue and portfolio analytics.
    • Front desk: rooms, schedule exceptions, no-show risk, eligibility batch, estimate builder, form builder, reminder sequences, kiosks and widgets.
    • Grow: attribution models, funnel and LTV cohorts, booking links, call tracking (sandbox), A/B reactivation, review monitoring, referrer scorecards.
    • Agents: automations, knowledge base, evaluations, dry runs, ops oversight with incidents and kill switches.

    • Ops console: Customer 360, KYB workbench, ticketing with SLAs and macros, provisioning templates, staff access reviews, dashboards and audit export.
  7. payroll

    Payroll funding and labor analytics

    • Import runs from Gusto, ADP or Paychex sandboxes with variance flags; approve and fund from the operating account; labor cost by location; provider comp true-ups pushed as earnings.
  8. Platform: notifications, list framework, design system v2

    • In-app notifications with role fan-out and dedupe.
    • Shared list and bulk framework behind every table.
    • Design tokens and React kit v2 (tables, forms, drawers, charts, command palette).
