About Treso

Built at the intersection of financial infrastructure and practice operations.

Specialty practices run on two systems that never meet: a clinical system of record that knows every visit, and a pile of financial tools that each know a slice of the money. Treso is the layer that holds the money whole, beside the EHR.

The idea

One ledger for every dollar in and out of the practice

Corporate cards taught a generation of companies that finance software can be free when it moves the money. Healthcare never got that product: the specialty practice still runs cards from one bank, pays bills from another, collects from patients through the EHR's processor, reconciles insurance in a spreadsheet, and sends it all to the accountant at month end.

Treso starts where the card companies started, with spend, and adds what they structurally can't: the revenue side. Because deposits, remittances, patient payments and payroll land on the same ledger as the cards and the bills, a practice P&L by location and provider is a view, not a project. Patient money, the front desk and marketing follow, each measured in dollars on the same page.

Finance that balances

We have built payments and ledgers where a journal that doesn't balance is a production incident. Treso's ledger is integer cents, double entry, immutable.

Operations that are human

We have sat at the front desk when a patient asks what they owe. Every patient-facing flow is designed for that conversation.

Privacy by construction

Patient identity is a token everywhere except the vault. It is easier to build this way from day one than to retrofit.

Beside the EHR

We don't want to be your clinical system of record. We want to be the reason it finally agrees with the bank.

Where we are

Pre-launch, building with practices

Launching with spend

Cards, expenses, bill pay, the operating account and the books ship first, to dermatology and dental groups.

Revenue next

Reconciliation and the live P&L follow the practice management connections for each launch specialty.

Partners in the room

Healthcare CPAs and one or two MSO platforms are design partners for the launch cohort.

Pre-launch

Working on practice finance? We'd like to hear from you.

Practices, accountants, MSO platforms, associations and financial partners can all join the same list; tell us which you are.
