Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Treso collects on this website and in the demo, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 8, 2026. Treso is pre-launch; this document covers the public website, the waitlist and the demo environment, and will be updated before customer launch.
Who we are
Treso (“Treso”, “we”) builds a financial operating system for specialty medical practices. This website at treso.com and the demo at treso.com/app/ are operated by Treso. Contact: privacy@treso.com.
What we collect
Waitlist. When you join the waitlist we collect what you enter: your name, work email, practice or organization, role, how you describe yourself, and optionally your specialty, number of locations and a message. We also record the page you submitted from, the time, and the network address of the request, to prevent abuse.
Website. This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. This demo records anonymous usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, browser) to understand how it is used: a first-party script sends them to our own servers with a random visitor id stored in a cookie, the location is looked up offline from the network address, and the address itself is stored only truncated. Our servers keep standard access logs (request path, time, status, network address, browser type) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period.
Demo. The demo environment contains only synthetic practices, patients and transactions. If you sign in with a demo persona, a session cookie is set so the app works; it holds no personal data and expires on its own.
Fonts. Pages load the Geist typeface from Google Fonts; Google receives the request for the font file in line with its own privacy policy.
Please don't send patient information
The waitlist form is not a channel for protected health information. Please don't include patient names, dates of birth, account numbers or clinical details. If you do, we delete the submission.
How we use it
To follow up about Treso, to understand which specialties and organizations are interested, to plan the launch cohort, and to keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who can see it
Treso's growth team sees waitlist submissions in our internal console; every access is logged. Service providers that host our infrastructure process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist submissions until launch outreach is complete or you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Email privacy@treso.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we honor requests from everyone the same way.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access requires multi-factor authentication and is audited. See the security page and the trust center.
Changes
We will update this policy before onboarding customers and whenever our practices change materially. The date at the top tells you when.
