Agents that propose. People who approve.

Treso's agents work the back office on a schedule: the close, reconciliation, collections outreach, spend policy, procurement and support. Every action is a proposal with a trace, inside the approval limits you already set, with a kill switch per agent.

What Treso Agents does

Seven agents, one set of rules

Close, Reconciliation, Collections, Policy, Procurement, the Front Desk receptionist and Support. Each has a schedule, thresholds, location scope and notification rules. Below your auto limit they act; above it they wait for a person.

  • Settings per agent: schedule, threshold, scope
  • Approval limits reuse your roles
  • 30-day stats per agent

Proposals you can read, edit and audit

Each proposal carries the why, a confidence, the tool it will call and a PHI-free trace. Edit the inputs before approving, approve or reject in bulk with a reason, and see the result in the activity timeline.

  • Bulk approve and reject
  • Edits can only lower risk, never raise it past your limit
  • Dry runs that store simulated proposals

Automations and a knowledge base

'When X then Y' rules built from the agents' tools: an event or a schedule, conditions on the payload, an action and an approval gate. A knowledge base grounds the receptionist and the support agent in your own articles.

  • Event or schedule triggers
  • Approval gate: always, or auto up to a limit
  • Articles for patients and for staff

Evaluations, oversight and the off switch

Evaluation sets grade each agent against expectations (no errors, amounts within bounds, tools it must never propose) on every change. Treso's own team watches runs for incidents and can switch any agent off for any practice, instantly.

  • Regression runs per agent
  • Incident flags and cost tracking
  • Kill switch per agent and per practice

How it posts to the ledger

Agents never post directly. An approved proposal calls the same service a person would (match, post, pay, send), so the journal, idempotency key and audit entry are identical to a manual action, with the agent run recorded as the actor.

Who uses it

Roles

  • Controller (close, reconciliation)
  • Billing (collections)
  • Practice administrator (policy, procurement)
  • Treso oversight

Permissions carry a location scope and an approval limit. The same limits apply to agents acting in this module.

Questions

Questions

Can an agent move money on its own?

Only below the auto-approval limit you set for that agent, within the permissions of the role it runs as. Above the limit it waits.

What does the model see?

Amounts, dates, account keys, vendor and payer names, your policies. Never patient names, dates of birth or message text.

The demo opens Agents as Dana, who works in it every day at a synthetic dermatology practice. Owner, location manager, front desk, billing, provider, controller and CPA are each one click away, and nothing in it is real.
